5. Shopify Network Intelligence and Personalized Services
Our store currently uses Shopify Network Intelligence.
Shopify may combine information generated through our store with information from other Shopify services to improve Shopify services and provide enhanced store, personalization, measurement, or advertising-related functions, as described in Shopify’s applicable privacy terms.
Some disclosures or uses may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under certain United States state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged for personal information.
We do not knowingly sell personal information directly for money.
Where required, you may opt out by using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, data-sharing opt-out, or similar privacy link provided through our website.
You may also use the Shopify privacy controls made available through the store. Where required and technically supported, recognized browser-based opt-out signals may also be processed.

Our current customer-event configuration includes an application pixel associated with Judge.me Reviews.
Your choices may be managed through the cookie banner or privacy controls displayed on the website. Restricting cookies may affect some store functions.
7. Customer Images
Customer images are used only for:
- Reviewing the customization request;
- Producing a proof;
- Producing or assembling the ordered product;
- Fulfilling the order; and
- Resolving customer-service issues directly associated with that order.
After the custom order is completed, we promptly delete the original image from our active working email folders, downloaded working files, and production workspace.
We do not maintain a customer-image library for future marketing.
Copies may remain temporarily in service-provider backups, cybersecurity records, disaster-recovery systems, or records that must be retained for legal reasons. These copies are not retained for ordinary marketing use and may be deleted according to the service provider’s normal retention process.
We do not use a customer’s photograph or customized product in advertising, social media, promotional examples, or public galleries unless the customer separately provides clear permission.
If an image contains a minor or another person, the person submitting it represents that they are authorized to provide and use that image.
8. Local Image Processing
When our browser-based pattern generator becomes available, images used only within the local generator are intended to be processed on the customer’s device without being uploaded to Poparooz servers.
This does not apply when a customer voluntarily emails an image, submits it with an order, uploads it through a future order feature, or otherwise sends it to Poparooz or a service provider.

We may send marketing emails or text messages only when permitted and when the required consent has been obtained.
You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by following the instructions contained in a message.
